Rules and Regulations

No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. By entering this challenge, you affirmatively agree to these official rules. If you do not agree to the official rules, you may not participate in the challenge

1. Contest Timing

The Tabtor Math Idol Challenge (the “Contest”) begins 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 18, 2015 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2015 (the "Contest Period"). The winners will be awarded the prize by June 15, 2015.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to all students in grades K-5 (the “Student”) in the United States. Each child per household is only eligible for one entry. Each student must obtain permission from his/her parent or legal guardian prior to entering the Contest.

3. How to Enter the Contest

During the Entry Period, interested parents or legal guardians may access the Contest at (the "Site") via desktop, tablet or mobile phone and then download the the Tabtor Math app (“App”) on a tablet, available on the Apple App Store . On the Site, a parent or legal guardian can enter his/her child(ren) into the Contest by completing the online registration form with basic information and providing their consent. Registration information provided shall collectively be referred to as the "Entry" or "Entry Material." Your Entry must adhere to these Official Rules. Entries must be complete to be eligible. A Parent or legal guardian will then be directed to download the Tabtor Math app on their tablet.

4. How does the Contest work

Each child uses the App to solve the grade-specific math worksheet to compete in the Contest. The child can try a “warm up” by answering some sample math questions on a sample worksheet. If the child is ready, he/she can take the grade-specific challenge. There are up to 4 levels, depending on the child’s performance. Tabtor reserves the right to change the contest questions if the contest questions have been exposed to third party.

5. Grading & Scoring

Certified teachers grade each worksheet submitted for each entry. A child’s score (“Score) is calculated based on the most number of correct answers combined with the shortest amount of time to complete the worksheet. The "Score" is added to a leaderboard using a nickname selected by the parent or legal guardian during the registration. In case of tie, Tabtor will administer an additional worksheet and choose the winner based on the performance on that worksheet (a combination of the most number of correct answers and the shortest amount of time to complete).
